From Monday 27th April, on the guidance of the Australian government and with the support of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), we will begin to cautiously transition from ADA’s level 3 restrictions under which we have operated since 28th March, back to level 2 restrictions.

What does this mean for our patients and staff?

  • We will reintroduce particular general dental procedures and treatments authorised by the ADA, to our list of acceptable COVID-19 pandemic period treatments. We strongly encourage you to contact our reception staff or speak with one of our dental health professionals for more information on your dental health concerns and your immediate treatment options;
  • We will maintain the highest standard of hygiene to protect the health of patients, staff and our community: frequently wiping all contact surfaces with alcohol-based sanitiser, checking patients’ temperature on arrival, wearing personal protective equipment at all times in the practice;
  • We will continue to require patients to wait in their vehicles prior to being called to attend their appointment time, employing these physical and social distancing measures to protect the health of patients, staff, and our broader community; and
  • Rest assured that your dental health, your overall health and wellbeing, and that of our staff and our broader community remain our top priority.

We encourage you to contact us to find out how we can support your good dental health during this challenging time.
